McLarenMCL3300 Fallout Remover

Bought this on offer and applied to what I thought was clean bodywork. How wrong was I…the fallout cleaner was applied to the boot bonnet and roof and within a couple of minutes the car had turned red! I used half a bottle as the car was heavily contaminated and the spray pattern from the bottle was more like a stream rather than a fine spray. I then removed the product with a soapy sponge. On inspection afterwards, the paintwork was smoother in places but many areas were still rough to the touch and maybe I didn’t leave it to dwell long enough. For heavy contamination I would recommend investing in a clay bar and use the fallout remover for interim washes.

I had tried various different wheel cleaners on my black alloys without success in removing all the brake disk residue. I had to apply the Mclaren cleaner a few times but each time more residue was removed and eventually they looked like they came out of the factory.

Great product but smells a bit, if you have used this type of thing before you will know but if you haven't be prepared for the foul smell. Worth it tho to see all the contamination being removed from your paint and wheel
