I bought this because I was desperate for something to relieve the horrible dryness, itch, irritation and sensitivity on my eczema-affected areas, and I thought the ingredient list looked great. It has only been a couple of days of consistent use, but I have already noticed significant improvement in the dryness, redness and irritation of my skin.The balm is creamy-thick and leaves an almost wax-like protective coating on the areas to which it is applied without too much transfer to clothing. For anyone with serious dry skin issues, you know how difficult that is to find in a product. Though there is fragrance in the product, it is the last ingredient and not very strong. The scent is vaguely fruity/citrusy and seems to primarily serve as a mask for the scent of the first ingredient, castor oil (which, on its own, has a very particular, not entirely pleasant scent). Fantastic value for the amount of product you get in the container as well. Burt's Bees, please never discontinue this!

I swear by this cream. The name "multipurpose" really holds true. I use this for diaper rashes, cuts/scrapes, skin irritations, barrier or moisturizer and even as a general lotion if my child seems more on the dry side.

Works amazing! This is the only diaper rash cream I use on my babies! It clears their bottoms up in no time. I haven’t had any allergy issues with it either! My son has super super sensitive skin. Recommend!

This is my favorite diaper rash cream. As long as u keep applying it to a rash it’s gone within a day or two. Or using it as precaution works great as well

My son’s a bit of a drooler and has been dealing with chapped skin. Aquaphor, A&D ointment, and scent free lotion didn’t make any difference. After 3 applications, had resolved and so far hasn’t returned. Only downside is it’s a little greasy.

Just what I've been searching for, for my toddler grandson who has occasional rashes.NO petroleum and NO mineral oil.Clean ingredients, non toxic, affordable and feels nice.I highly recommend.
