Will these stick on a wall painted with high gloss paint?

These decals will stick to any smooth clean surface however the manufacturer recommends waiting 4 - 6 weeks to apply these to newly painted walls. That is to ensure the paint has completely dried/cured so the decals won't peel off after applied.
