Beautiful title for the beautiful story of Anna!
Great culmination of a wonderful series. The setting in Jamaica was perfect (and different for a Regency novel) and I loved the character of Anna. The history of Jamaica during this regency time period was interesting and well presented in the story even though the issues of slavery and poor treatment of people in different classes were atrocious. The characters were all well developed and woven together. Of the three books in this series, the first one and this one were my favorites. All of the three major characters were presented in all of the stories and held their own in roles that really fit the personality the author developed for them. Definitely a series worth reading.

Good read
Simply Anna is a story about one of the minor characters introduced in Becoming Lady Lockwood. It's nice to read a story taken in the 1800s where England is not the scene of the story. This story takes place in Jamaica on a plantation where the heroine has temporary amnesia. Jennifer Moore is one of those writers who in my opinion is a good clean story teller. Will definitely look forward to more of her works.

Loved it!
Jennifer Moore is amazing! I have loved all of her books! So, so good! I love Anna and Philips story! So sweet, so tender, and it's not lacking suspense. It is so well done. What else can I say? It's a great book! I'm just sad that I'm done already. I feel like I've been waiting forever for this book to come out and it went to fast. I may just have to re-read this series all over again:)

Superb clean romance/adventure novel
This book is awesome. I'm noticing this author likes to hit pretty deep issues, in this book she deals with slavery, in the previous one the horrors of war. Three books are slightly graphic with these issues but are well written and add well too the plot and the charactors of the hero's.She is a great writer.

Not Quite Five Stars
In my personal rating system I gave this book 4.5 stars. It deals with the very difficult topic of slavery, and I felt that it was well handled. The love story was a typical Regency Romance, but the slavery issue brought it to an entirely new level. The author's research while writing this book showed that while some slave owners were more like task masters, others treated those in their care as members of the family. (Found in the authors note at the back of the book) This story shows both sides.

Three Stars
This was not my favorite of Jennifer Moore's books. It was a much slower read.

Adventurous, clean romance!
This was a much more adventurous read than I initially anticipated, but what a nice surprise! Squash-buckling pirates, crocodiles, and outlaws in addition to a lovely story of two people who find joy in one another and eventually love free of prejudice or presumption. Awesome.
