Does the job for me. Only issue is how to wash it regularly without ruining it

Always had a neoprene top similar and always loved using it before it disintegrated in the wash. Bought this based on reviews and it is good quality. I’m normally a medium (5ft 10, 12 stone 12) and read the reviews and bought a large and it is correct but a size up. Tried this as the pictures suggested with straight on your body and I didn’t like it. It felt ‘Sticky’ and uncomfortable. I did sweat a bit underneath but not as much as the neoprene suit. Tried it the next day with a T shirt first then this and the difference is like night and day. The T shirt was soaked in sweat but felt warm and comfortable during a 5.5K run. I’ve done the couch to 5K and kept up doing 3 x 5-6km runs a week and this will help you get rid of any excess body fat. It will keep you warm IF you wear something like a heavy T shirt first then this. Good quality I got the grey and blue and hopefully should see me through longer than the Neoprene suit I used to own. Try it, you would be impressed by the way it’s designed but definitely buy a size up from your usual fit.

You can definitely found better products than this.For how much I pay the I was expected more

I have tried this a few times when going for a bike ride and it does make you sweat very easily. I would not use this in the winter unless I started and finished at home. The reason is that you can get quite cold very quickly when you stop exercising, but that is how you lose weight as the change in temperature burns up calories. My waistline is getting smaller so I will carry on using it. It also has a cold touch when putting it on but it is windproof which can help keep you warm.Sizing is OK, I have a 42" chest so I bought the 42" and it fits just right apart from being a bit loose at the bottom. This can easily be adjusted with a sewing machine or as I did with a serger sewing machine which does a quick and neat job. It now fits nice a snug all the way down so I can wear it under my wetsuit.

Received my order within 2 days superb, tried it on and was sweating within a couple of mins without doing anything lol the issue I have is sizing if like me you are a large muscular guy then get a size up to what you usually are Im a xxl but ordered a xxxl and it’s still very fitting I’m a 48 chest 240ibs guy I’m big and found this to still be on the small side Saying that I blame my belly lol all in all I’m happy it’s thin it’s light and it certainly makes you sweat

They dont really work to make you sweat vigorously. If you do want to sweat alot they are good to use while exercising. They're pretty much comfortable and help you look slimmer and more lean.
