Was not disappointed after hearing all about this series!
I had heard a lot about this series and was happy to see it was good like they said! I enjoyed the concept of this series, it was adorable play on cupid but then had some BA males and other creatures to back it up. I like how it was fantasy but not long winded in terms of the plot. We get thrown right into it with Emelle going up against the baddie in the first book and has to deal with the ramifications of the magic she was hit with. I will say I felt for her right away with her loneliness at being a Cupid and not being able to interact with anyone. Always helping others fine love but not having that connection with anyone or just being able to talk or touch someone. I think that is why I liked Emelle so much. I liked her quirks and mostly cheery attitude despite everything she has dealt with in her cupid lifetime.I liked the different men in this story (not the prince...like ew haha) and I was interested to see how they would treat Emelle after she crashed on their island. They each have their own reaction/treatment of her which I liked, kept it interesting especially one who was funny/flirty but then had some crazy mood swings haha. I liked how they each let her in in their own time, some more stubborn than others. I loved the different facets of the guys, even the mean/moody one. I enjoyed the training the genfin (no clue if I am spelling that right since I listened to all the books on audio haha) gave Emelle, the other side characters she met to try and get what she needed for the event at the end of the book. The plot was great. I was sorta surprised it was a super slow burn to be honest. I have already finished the first 3 books so I can say now it was paced well but when I was listening I felt like I had total lady blue balls hahaha. Some parts of the story were slow for me (not because of the lack of steam) and I wasn't feeling forced to continue listening like I do with books I rate 5 stars (like I could put it down and not be itching to listen back right away). I did enjoy this and listened to the rest in the same week. Would recommend for a more light-hearted story with some laughs. In terms of the audio, I have listened to this narrator before and she was just as good as I remembered. She did a great job with Emelie's snark and quirks. I wish this had been duet or dual to get the genfin's their awesomeness they deserved but the narrator did a good job anyway with their different personalities.

Great read
I LOVE the main character so much. She is so fun and spunky. This book is fast passed and a lot of fun to read and get lost in. I'm totally addicted.

Sassy, sarcastic, adorable slowburn
I love this book! The banter, the sass, the internal monologue: it's giggle-inducing, flirtatious and sexy. The guys are interesting, the FMC is someone I'd love in my friends group. I usually read a lot of dark romance why choose stories, but this has been a delight so far! I recommend going in blind, so that you get a really good feel for the world building.

Really enjoyed this!
Such an interesting and new take on fantasy! I've read about angels, but nothing about cupids and this is very fun to dive into. Can't wait to learn more about Scratch, Strength, Tune and Stitch.

Good
It's an effortless read for me. Nothing spectacular but I'm definitely reading book 2. The slow burn is killing me

4.5 Stars!
Really wish Amazon allowed you to give half stars!I will begin by saying that I am not a fan of these harem / reverse harem novels. The inner workings of my mind tell me that these just don't work out or make any sense. Too many gaps to allow an author to have one ditzy and poorly written main female character with a whole bunch of alpha males jockeying for possession of her heart. Too much fluff and not enough meat on the bones of the book.However... I caved for this novel. What caught my eye was the astoundingly earned 5 star average. Sounded to good to be true but I took the bait. And boy did I like this one.The author introduced us into a fantasy world with a character that is genuinely funny, amusing, sweet, and sensible (most of the time). She is a bit shallow but it is believable as she hasn't had human to human interaction for quite some years. She's a lone unicorn in the vast and empty world of hers. But then the author swirls you down into a vortex into ANOTHER fantasy world that fits right into the original setting. A fantasy world setting into another fantasy world setting.Enter in the 3 main male companions to our main character. This is where I almost cringed but I told myself, just keep reading. We got this far and the journey thus has been good. All 3 of the covey members have distinct personalities that shape themselves as individuals as you read through this novel. No cookie cutting here. It's very believable and their witty banter exchanged between them adds depth. The author has done a fantastic job of bringing together 3 alpha males that are different in looks and personality. This could have gone sideways real quick. The plot developed through this story leaves you wanting more. As you read on and find out more, you can't help but fall for all the characters, flaws and all.If you are iffy like I was about diving into the realm of reverse harem's, I think this is a great book to pick up and read. The main character does have a lot of silly inner monologues so if you take issue with that in novels then download a sample of the book as it gives you a good enough idea of what to expect. If you like all sorts of alpha male characteristics and some loving ones as well, you will absolutely fall in love with the 3.I've already purchased the 2nd novel and I am making my way through it : )Edit: Someone left a review stating this is a ripoff of the Four Psychos Novel. I purchased that book, read a bit, and promptly returned it. I have also left a review there with more information as to why I hastily returned that trash.

4.5 stars
Emelle is a cupid. Not a very good one either as she has mostly lost her faith in humans for wasting love. As a hopeless romantic, all she wants is to be able to experience that love for herself. Unfortunately, cupids exist in the veil. They don’t have a corporeal form so she can’t touch, smell, taste. No one can see her or hear her. And she’s so very lonely. The only time she gets to speak to others is when she’s dragged to headquarters (usually to be reprimanded). She finds herself being promoted to the Fae realm one day though, and is positively giddy with excitement. Through her first few weeks she believes that a royal pairing may just be the easiest job she’s ever had, but it all goes south quite quickly. Emelle snaps and, somehow, is pushed into corporeal form by the prince’s magic. Running for her life she literally falls to another island that is inhabited by three very attractive, very suspicious Genfin males. This is where the story really starts. Now I just want to say at this point that the book is marketed as a “medium burn” RH but honestly I would say that in the context of this one book it is a slooooooooooooooow burn. Glacial even. However it appears to be a four book series so perhaps you need to take all four books into account for the medium burn factor.Misleading burnage marketing aside, I really enjoyed this! Emelle’s inner monologue is hilarious and her interactions with the three guys is truly amusing. The plot is good, the world built by author is both imaginative and imaginable, the characters are great, the pace is satisfying. I’m looking forward to devouring the rest of the series as it was just getting to the good stuff!

A Fae story like no other!
Signs of Cupidity was the first book I have read by this author and it won't be my last. I really enjoyed the world-building, everything is so detailed and intricate, so many different characters, creatures, islands. The plot was really we thought out and well-paced. The starting few pages are more of an information dump which explains what she is and what she can do but this only better helps you to connect and understand her situation and personality.Emelle is a Cupid in an incorporeal body, forced to spread love but not experience any for herself. She is invisible and has been alone for years. She can't touch anyone, can't touch anything, can't even talk to anyone other than other Cupid's when she gets punished for not being a good Cupid.Emelle has spent so long on her own it shows when she eventually gets a corporeal body by accident. Her constant inability to stay quiet and voice each and every thoughts in her head no matter how embarrassing had me crying with laughter. Not very high on the steam level as this is a slow burn type romance unless you count Prince Elphar but there's certainly enough tension their that gives my high hopes for book 2! The main guys are 3 Genfin's who have been banished for reasons I won't spoil. Ronak, the leader and is definitely the most grumpy and serious one, the king, caring Sylred and the flirtatious player Evert are sure to make you weak in the knees. If you like books about hot fae creatures, females who suffer from word vomit and a high fantasy storyline then this is the book you need to read next. And if you don't you should definitely give this one a try.

Delightfully fun read about cupid
A rather intriguing fun read. Totally new maybe slightly darker take on cupid. It's started slow, I didn't think I would even read the story, but then the story chances. We had some action, suspense, angst and whole lot of hotness suddenly and the story became fun and thrilling. ML (Emelle) finds herself corporeal and surrounded by three Genfins. Her story dramatically chances. Be careful what you wish for. Emelle is sassy, fun, entertaining to read. Specially when she babbles incoherently. "Not-first" is dark and broody, Second is sweet and kind; and Third is angry and cocky. A interesting dynamic between and makes wonderful reading.A quick read, had push through the beginning but ended very strong. I am definitely interested in taking a look at book 2. Somewhat in intrigued in what is going to happen.

Great fun read
I didn’t know what to expect when I picked this book. I had had enough of contemporary books and wanted to go back into fantasy and the fae and as this was on my goodreads ‘want to read pile’ I picked it up.And what a fun read it was. I love the sassyness of ML and all that comes with her. A Cupid at war with her job. Finding the lack of love in the human world annoying she finds herself in another realm. The quirky, humour in this book is great and while no spice yet there are plenty of hints and I think I see where this is going. I’m jumping onto book 2 so am sure I’ll find out more soon.Great first read for me from this author I have a feeling I’ll be reading many more.

Great intro into the series 💘
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This was my first RH read. When deciding to venture into this trope/genre, it was a no brainier that I would choose a Raven Kennedy series as I trust her writing completely. I had previously read Can’t Fix Cupid and loved it, and knowing Signs of Cupidity was set in the same world, I knew I was in for a good time. After a recent lacklustre period in the Human Realm, our heroine, Emelle, is transferred to the Fae realm to perform her Cupid duties. She tasked herself with creating a long-lasting and love-filled relationship between the Fae prince and his betrothed. However, this doesn’t go as she hoped and soon finds herself corporeal for the first time in 50 years and hiding out on an island with 3 Fae males, who are serving out a 5 year banishment. Our story continues from here💘I’ll just be here, holding a giant spoon and stirring the pot. I’ll stir it all day and cook up something really good.I loved Emmelle. A sweet, sassy and witty, rambling queen, who is unapologetically herself. As the book is only in her POV, we learn a lot about her, and really enjoyed being in her mindset. He scoffs, and we start walking back toward the cabin, our paces slow. “I already told you, he’s not the boss.”“Hmm. I don’t think he knows that.” I am pot-stirrer, hear me whisk.Who wouldn’t want to be stuck on an island with e gorgeous Fae male? We have Ronak, the grump; Sylred, the cinnamon roll; and Evert, the flirt. I’ve love them, with Evert being my favourite so far. We got to learn a little bit about them as a covey and individually through Emelle’s POV, but I’m intrigued to know more about them as the series goes on.I’d classify this first book a slow burn as the romantic relationship Emelle and the males hasn’t bloomed yet, but a good foundation to their relationship is there, as well as the flirty and sexual tension. The feels are developing💘They are my anchors. The world building is brilliantly done. Multiple realms, creatures, systems. I’m just fascinated by Raven’s mind. Signs of Cupidity is such a fun read, and a great set up to, what I’m sure is going to be a great series. This is something Raven does so well. I just love her writing. Among the humour and intricate world building, there deep moments, where Raven’s beautifully poetic writing really shines 💘When the last of the night fades away to concede to morning, I drift away. I dream of the stars. I dream of being one, of dancing alone in the sky, of glittering beside the moon. Being a star is not so different from being a cupid. People wish and the stars try to grant, but even as the stars sacrifice themselves and fall, so many wishes are wasted, just as so much love is lost.
