High quality. Perfect fit and support. Others commenting have complained about the thumb restriction, but it's adjustable and stabilizes the thumb exactly as it should--otherwise it would completely defeat the purpose of isolating movement to prevent tendon aggravation. As a former PT assist, who has fit many braces on patients, IMHO this is excellent and meets pro standards.

Have tendinitis in the thumb. This brace has 2 hard strips running from the thumb and from the wrist. Brace is helpful in that it prevents the worsening of tendinitis and allows me to pick up my 14 mo old grandson. Without the brace, pain does worsen and usage of thumb through arm too.

Pretty darn good brace and excellent comfort. Almost total immobilization of the thumb. IMO the Primo model has even better immobilization but this one is really good and it's more comfortable for me.

Fits great! Tip-once you set the thumb Velcro just insert your thumb in and out of it instead of opening it every time and it will last longer. You will have to trim the other Velcro straps but they are much more sturdy than the thumb strap.

Good product with good support and comfortable but runs very hot. I'm unable to use it in the warm months.

My dog chewed up my last brace that I kept from when I broke my wrist and this brace although it wasn't as expensive does the job and Well.... it secures my thumb and my wrist without being uncomfortable
