Arena Powerfin Training Fins

I have bad knees, and since I am almost 72 years old, some exercises are hard for me to do anymore. However, exercising in the water works perfectly for me, and so along with swimming, I have also been doing leg exercises at the fitness center where I swim. I ordered these swim fins in order to give the extra resistance for my knee and leg exercises, and they are going to be perfect for that. I tried them out in our little back yard swimming pool, and even when I am just walking around in the water, I can feel the extra resistance and drag. When doing the leg exercises, it really make those old muscles work harder; so I am sure that this will really help increase my leg strength and muscle tone. Plus, they are the most beautiful PINK color ! ! You just can't go wrong with that, either.

So comfortable, no rubbing, snug fit without being too tight. Feel great on my feet in the water. Lifetime swimmer just getting back into regular practice, these have helped me build back up my leg strength and helped me not feel like I am swimming backwards as I get my strength back.

Remember those are fins for training purposes. They are very heavy Very stiff. Exactly how you want it for leg kick training. They are not for those who just want to swim faster. but that is probably obvious. ery happy with them and definitely recommend them for those who try to work on their kicks.

I recently got these as replacement for the Tyr Burners that unfortunately peeled the skin on one of my toes the second time I wore them at the pool. These are made of silicon and they seem to be comfortable. The fins have a little more foot allowance, which is great, I can wear swimmer water socks to protect my feet. So far so good, they definitely propel me faster in the water and helped me be aware of proper kicking. As for their durability I cannot attest to it since I have only worn them once. They seem well made but only time will tell. So for now I will give 3 stars just to be neutral.

We got these as a birthday gift for my competitive swimmer. She had been asking for a year, and they were worth the splurge. She loves them!! They fit great and stay on in the water.

Confesso que esperava mais desse modelo da Arena. Há modelos de marcas bem menos populares no mercado que são melhores, como as da Leader por exemplo. Em piscinas de azulejo você escorrega com elas, vantagem pra aquelas que deixam o calcanhar de fora, dando mais aderencia. Ela também apresenta uma área menor que as outras, não dando tanta propulsão, o que não é ruim dependendo do objetivo e do nível do nadador. Eu diria a um iniciante que a modelos mais básicos (e mais baratos) como os da Leader e da Naibaiji que são bem melhores. É confortável

These are exactly what I wanted, just the right length as a beginner swimmer. They fit perfectly and are very well made. A big help to me in my journey to overcome fear of water and learning to swim

This is the fins that is good for increasing kick frequency and also add power . It is little bit heavy which makes it sturdy and differs from other fins .I am a swimmer and arena is first choice for products.
