I got this in less than 24 hrs. The containers look like the original ones that come with the 21 Day Fix diet but, unlike that diet, this company gives you a free downloadable recipe book, each recipe is color coded so you know much to count, a 21 day planner, a tape measure, but my favorite item they sent is a chart which you can put on the refrigerator so "at a glance" you can see what the measurement is for each cup color, how to configure how much of each color containers you need each day, and lists of the foods that should fill each container. I like this because I don't have to look through the pages of the original booklet and I can also put the daily planner up on the refrigerator and check the boxes off as I use them. I am a visual person so the colors make it easy for me to keep track of my daily meals.I placed this order because I wanted extra containers and there are other companies that sell the set but, for the same cost, or lower, this company went the extra mile.

It’s really good! Sizes are a little different from other plans containers but it’s really great! Definitely helpful. I’ve lost 5lbs in 5 days between the containers, water, and working out. The portion sizes are a lot bigger than the seem which is great and filling! I can eat almost anything. I snack less but I replaced them with the nuts and fruits containers. Its easy and cost way less than 21 day fix. I bought insanity max 30 abs and this and it’s been great! Top it off with a vegan shake and you’re good to go.

We have the official 21 Day Fix containers, but needed a 2nd set so that we're not always having to wash the originals right away to use for something else. These are surprisingly high quality, HOWEVER, the red/Protein container is noticeably smaller than the official 21 day fix container. It actually fits completely inside the official one (see pictures). I didn't see any reviews mentioning this, so I assumed this company had ones that weren't like the others that leaked or had discrepancies in the sizing. I'm disappointed that this container is the only one in the lot that doesn't seem to be the right size. After all, that protein container is pretty important. If you're okay with having one that isn't the right portion, then buy these. They are good quality, the lids are easy to remove and they seem to be leakproof. They were quick to send the e-documents they promised, but since we actually have a Beachbody membership and get access to all of their stuff, we didn't really care about those items.

I was debating whether to give this a 3 or 4 star review -I decided to give it a 4-star review because the customer service is exceptional. They emailed me multiple times, the first time to ensure that the package was received on time; the second time to send me the recipes and everything that I thought was missing from the box. (I had not contacted them yet, regarding the items I thought were missing from the box)In the picture displayed, you see the portion control containers, a color book, and some color coded cards... What you RECEIVE is the portion control containers and the instructions. The recipes and the cards all need to be printed from your own computer and come to you via email (wish it all came in the box, ready to just open and use!!!) - which is the main reason I knocked off a star...Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

I was not going to buy the 21 Day Fix. Mainly because I knew I wouldn’t do the dvds. My main issue is portion control and knowing exactly how much I should be eating of each food group. I love these containers. There is a guide that comes with it that shows what each color container goes with ...which food group/carb/protein/vegetable, etc. I also use these in conjunction with MyFitnessPal. The last week I’ve started working out again, drinking more water and following the portion guide. Knock on wood, I’ve lost 5 pounds. I drink beer, and I even have enough calories left for a couple of beers. This system is NOT complicated. If you are truly ready to eat healthy this will make things so much easier for you. You may even find it hard to eat all that you’re supposed to. I also bought some meal prep containers. I like to make my lunch and dinners ahead of time. I am married, and my husband is totally ok with the whole meal prep thing. Buy these portion control containers. They’re cheap, and what do you have to lose!!

This review is just for the containers as I was primarily interested in them with this purchase, as I already have the 21 Day Fix materials. The containers look just like the official ones, and I was happy to get these as a second/third set so that I can package up more food in advance. They are sturdy and are the same size as the official ones.One thing I would caution is if you're using this as your entire guide for the program, some the measurements in the EBook are not correct - like there's an egg in avocado that has half an avocado as one blue, but I believe the official program has 1/4 of an avocado is one blue, and I noted a couple of other inconsistencies right off the bat. I didn't buy this product for the recipes, so that doesn't affect my review of the boxes, but just something to be aware of in case you're assuming it's closely following the Beachbody diet plan.

I purchased this kit to replicate my own version of the 21 day fix. For over $70 I couldn't justify purchasing the whole plan when I know I wouldn't use the videos. The containers are a great way to control your portion sizes. There is so much information available online regarding the food plan. I've only lost about 2 lbs so far, but I've been eating SOOO much healthier and working out regularly. I've paired my eating plan with FitnessBlender videos online.

Got here fast and it is amazing...I was SHOCKED at how much I should be eating LOL but i liked the containers all organized in one another and the measuring tape really helps! LOVE this. I bought the 2 pack and thats the price of ONE beach body one. so I would say BUY THIS PRODUCT and do reseacrch and save your self the money and heart ache of having to wash your one set nightly;)

En comparación con los elevadísimos precios de la versión original, este producto es una buena alternativa. Los he usado en microondas y han durado. Compré la versión de 14 piezas y no me gustó que por ejemplo, un rojo cierra muy bien mientras que el otro no. O a uno de los verdes se le salen los líquidos. Creo que están bien para utilizarlos como medidores y después vaciar lo que sea que vayamos a comer en algunos 100% herméticos; siendo así la versión de 7 piezas la más recomendada.

I needed to lose anout 20 lbs so i thought i would try these. They are so easy to use work well for deciding on your meals and get just the right portion control. I will see what will happen.
