Stay Wild, My Child-With Stunning Illustrations and an Endearing Message, this Playful Picture Book Echoes with all the Timeless Joys of Childhood

This is a great book about it being ok to stay wild and have fun. You just have to learn that's there's a time and a place for everything. This book helps explain this. As I want my toddler to stay his wild, fun, loving self, but also follow rules.

We bought a book called "Can't Scare Me" by Mandy Archer and it was immediately a hit with our daughter, she could spend hours looking through the flaps in that book, so when I went searching for more books from that author, I came across this book. We have a blue eyed, red headed daughter named Zoe, so obviously I ordered it immediately. This is hands down our FAVORITE book. The story is cute and I like the message(a touch repetitive but it gets the point across), there's always a time and place for being a wild child. Zoe and I both love the book art, it has lots of hidden little animals and really cute details in general, it takes a while for us to get through this book because she wants to stop and look at each and every page(Her favorite is the "Paint wild , my child!" page). We ask her to find the butterflies, bees, birds, dogs, cat, "momma", "Zosie"(Zoe), monkey, tiger, etc. she loves to learn what everything in the book is and points everything out. We bought this book when our daughter was about 18 months old, and we've read this book no less than 50 times. She's almost 2 now she gets more and more attached to it every time we read it. I'd love to see the author team up with this illustrator again to create a new book with more adventures of Zoe and her mom (or dad). This is the #1 book in our house, I would buy this book again and again! (I'd also recommend getting Cant Scare Me by Mandy Archer, I can definitely see that one being entertaining for a wide range of ages)

When I tell you that I love this story. I have a wild and wonderful 2 year old daughter and I try to both teach her to enjoy life simply and to embrace her charismatic spirit. This story is sweet and beautifully illustrated. It is an ode to the moms of sweet and gentle but also spirited little ones. I purchase a book for my children in place of cards and this is one I can’t wait for my daughter to read back on later in her life.

I adore this book. It’s a lovely way to teach young kids that there is a time and a place for everything. It’s really helped me teach my daughter that it’s ok to be loud in some places but not others.The illustrations are beautiful. BUY THE BOOK!
