Major game changer. Ive been drinking this stuff for breakfast every morning in place of a regular breakfast and I've lost 20lbs in 5 months so far. No working out, just the shake. This stuffs the bomb.

I've been on the program for 3 weeks now, and lost 1 pound. I faithfully follow the two shakes and a meal per day, but very disappointed at the results. The shake is very good and satifying, but the reviews I read regarding weight lose has not been the case with me.

tried this.... not much different than a good whey protein from EAS . Priced too high. I did the 2 times a day shake and no weight loss. I suppose it would work if you ate unhealthy regularly etc. All is relative and depends on your baseline.I eat healthy and exercise. I will stick to my regular protein powder.

I ordered the ViSalus Body By Vi Challenge Shape Kit and the item arrived early, the product was new, and in it's orginal packaging. I did not like the taste of the shake (though it was perfectly as described, cake batter flavor, it was just WAY to sweet for me), the seller handled everything very well; was quick to respond and once I sent the product back to her, she quickly sent back a check. Wonderful, fast, honest seller!

Not too bad

have been using for 3 1/2 weeks and down 24 lbs. By far the BEST tasting protein drink i`ve ever had!
