Great for me, not my husband.
I wanted to really love this camping pad, and for *me* it was pretty good. We went camping for 2 nights and I slept great. I woke up and wasn’t sore at all! Which is usually not the case when we use an air mattress for camping. However, my husband didn’t like it because he didn’t think there was enough padding. He wants to go back to the air mattress.- Pros: 1) Great thickness/padding for me, and comfortable. 2) I like there are blow up pillows integrated as a separate part of the rest of the mattress 3) Self-inflating means I don’t need bring a pump! Just twist the 2 nozzles at the bottom to inflate.Cons: 1) Not enough padding for someone heavier (~200 lbs) 2) The bag is pretty weak and will tear if you force it. 3) NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to roll it back up. After some trial and error/ and my husband ripping the bag totally open (I had to sew it back up and re-think how to fold it back at home), I learned you should lay it out flat, fold it length wise into itself with the *open ends going up the middle* and use the snaps to shut on itself (so the seam where the snaps are, go lengthwise up the middle), then roll it from the pillow area down to the nozzles, squishing the air out, and then tighten the nozzles to finish.4) When all rolled up, this full size mattress pad is way bigger than our previous air mattress, (of course then you don’t have to bring a pump) but it still takes up more room.

It’s decent.
It beats sleeping on the bare ground while camping, but it’s still pretty uncomfortable for me and my fiancé. Pillows also kept losing air as well.

Comfy and easy
I’ve purchased a handful of air mattresses including the “never flat” one and they’ve all failed me. I took my “never flat” one camping and the rocks below punctured holes through the tarp and the tent and into the mattress. Even the regular air mattresses have leaked air over time with use. I’ve given up on air mattresses and found this. It self inflates. (You just have to blow a little air into the pillows)It’s compact. It’s not too heavy. (I’m not sure I’d hike it on my back all day but I can carry it into the car or bedroom, etc)I can pull it out at home for my child to nap/lay on in the living room on the hardwood floor.I can layer a bed where the mattress is hard as a rock. ( see pictured). I posted the picture for reference so you know how big the camping mat is compared to a full sized bed. (Don’t mind the heart looking stain. My toddler dropped food on it and I had to wipe it up.)I’ve yet to take it camping but I’ve used it to lay on the hardwood floors in my house and it’s definitely comfortable. I purchased a second one as well. They have buttons on the side to connect multiple mats if needed. My toddler likes to sleep on the floor, especially in the summer, so this is perfect for us. One for the house and one for the grandparents house.I’m not a big pillow person so I can’t comment on how comfortable that is.I’ve yet to pack it back up so I don’t know the ease of it. Seems easy though.I had trouble inflating the bed at first. You just have to loosen the two black knobs, allow it to inflate, and then tighten them back up before laying on it.

Great idea. Poor quality
This is a good solution for couples in camping situation. Fairly comfortable pad for two. Not for backpacking as it's too heavy and bulky. However, for camping, compared to having two pads, it won't slide apart and it's only one piece to handle. It is easy to inflate, and in case of a leak, it won't leave you lying on the ground without at least some insulation. The valves are well designed for quick inflation and deflation (for pillows, inflation has auto-block, and you take it out for fast deflate). It doesn't need much air, so no pump is needed. Now to the "bad-side" ;)The build quality is not great. We've only used it 3 times over the period of 2 years or so. On the second inflate, it stared separating in some areas, forming bubbles (see photos). Needless to say, you won't enjoy sleeping on those bubbles. So you can't really inflate it anymore, just a little bit now, before the bubbles start to raise. This certainly decreases usability and comfort.By the way, I had similar style one-person Thermarest pad for about 10 years, used at least 10 nights a year. None of these issues. So this tells you something about the quality of this item.To those who have trouble packing it into the supplied bag. It should be a two-step process, and then it's no problem.- First, deflate the pillows. That's easy.- Then, roll it whole towards the air valves. Try to roll it tight, but without much effort at this stage.- Now CLOSE the valves and unroll- Fold in half and roll again towards valves, tight this time.- When getting close to the valves. open them to let the air escape.- Once fully rolled, close the valves again. You should have no trouble packing it into the bag now. I even have some space left in the bag with this method.

Comfortable
Bought this for our camping trip last month. Easy to set up and very comfortable to sleep on. Love the built in pillow.

Producto con defecto
El colchón en el primer uso le salió una burbuja de aire, por lo cual lo mandé de regreso!
