Perfect for family
The media could not be loaded. Very simple to setup, all what you need just plug in power and SD card and photos play on the screen. Perfect for my family. I love this one very much.

NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!
I was pleased with this item initially but i have ow found out it is not the advertised product as it doesn’t play m4a files and THERE IS NO MOTION SENSOR!!!! I contacted the seller asking assistance to locate the motion sensor and all I received was “ can’t you just turn the sensor on using instructions “!!! It is thoroughly insulting. There is no instructions in the user guide and the settings doesn’t mention motion sensor. Appalling service Not happy but can’t be bothered to return so it will be donated to charity. Will not buy from this seller again

Fixing the Support Bracket
Have just received this10 inch digital photo frame. My first experience of this sort of device.The support bracket will not slot into the two holes in the correct position. The bracket will only slot into the two holes in an upside down way?There was no copy invoice with the box package.The User Manual does not give any details of specifications (model number) and the actual contents in the box.There is a 3.5 x 6cm plastic/metal thing What is this for?I wanted this photo frame to give as a Birthday present. Please advise.

Wouldn't recommend
Having read good reviews on this product we ordered this item. First impressions, good picture quality. Things then went downhill, the motion sensor didnt work at all. Didnt switch off when no-one in the room, hence because of this it caused the product to become extremely hot to the touch. Then when we re-inserted the standard SD card it wouldnt accept it. E-mailed the manufacturer's helpdesk but got no answer. Very disappointed.
