Does this get rid of depressed scars like Ice pick and box car and pick marks?

Yes. The newer the scars more rapid the results. I had deep gash on on breast where dog scratched me. It was less than a year, Within 3 months almost all gone. Mu acne scars on face which is 30 years old is taking longer but the more superfucial ones are gone. Amazing product.

Does it work for dark spots on forehead?

My dark spots are the same color. Only helped on scars that are indented

Does this work on one year old surgical scars?

It’s a very good product. I had injury to my knee scar and it lightened up, but it didn’t go away completely.. Worth trying.

Is this product supposed to arrive sealed, because mine was not? Just in an unsealed box with a removeable (not sealed) plastic piece under the lid.

Most of my Derma e creams come like that. These products don't sit on retail shelves, so they are not all sealed up and protected.
