only started taking them but seem to be okay

I’m not one to exaggerate but oh my goodness! These actually seem to be working! As a woman who’s on the wrong side of 30, I have noticed that the texture and elasticity of my skin has been worsening in recent years. Plus I’ve been suffering with breakouts. Anyway since I started using these (approx 2wks), I’ve noticed my skin is less dry, it seems to be evening out in tone, and the few spots that have erupted heal more quickly. I’m really surprised how much of a difference these have made especially in such a short time. I specifically bought these for my skin and I have no issues with my hair or nails, but have also noticed my hair is smoother and my flyaways are more behaved! I know I sound like a paid reviewer or something but I’m not, this is my honest experience with this amazing product! I’m definitely buying more and I hope the good results continue!

My wife as she gets older has dry skin uses creams and these tabs, only been taking just over a month, and to honest it’s too early to notice any difference, most tabs can take up to months before any signs start to show. She will be still taking these in moths to come as they cannot do any harm.

I took these for a month and made no difference to me at all. Definitely other brands out there with better effect.

Not worth the money

Peri-menopause showed up a year and a half ago and my skin completely changedI Had a really tough time dealing with it as I am only 42. I didn’t want to consider surgery as ageing is part of life but I have to say that looking at myself in a mirror was becoming unbearable. So after some research I ordered those and After only 2 weeks,I am very happy with the results! it did reduce the sagging and wrinkles and my skin is glowing again! (Ok it will never be as it was in my 30s but at least I look like myself again) if you have any questions just ask. I am not an influencer (the concept makes me angry) I genuinely believe that this product is amazing!

I have been using this product for about 4 weeks now and I can definitely see the difference in my skin nails and hair! My nails are definitely stronger and my skin looks more healthy!

After just a week I found that my hair and skin were definitely showing improvements. Hair feels much stronger and overall glossiness is so good! My skin feels more plump and hydrated and less flaky. Not much difference yet with my nails but I keep them short anyway so harder to tell. Another great Grounded product - keep them coming!
