Green River 5-1/4" Sheep Skinner Knife Kit

Good kit knife to slap together or modify. I modified mine into a small Nessmuk style and chopped and ground it down until it fit what I wanted. I don't own sheep, but I do skin what I hunt. Good carbon steel that takes an edge well and is easy to touch up. It's got a thicker blade than some of the other old school skinner/butcher knives...which is a plus in my book. Versatile enough to have some fun with and cheap enough to experiment with doing your own knife and not worry about screwing up.
