great little tablet.
I like this tablet. Upgrade to Windows 10 was a smooth as glass.I have a Bluetooth keyboard and it works just fine. I have the Android version as well and while different, they both performwell.Do get the free upgrade to Win 10.

Great Value
I bought this for my 4 year old grandson and he loves it! Updated with Windows 10 no issues. Adapter charge could be better quality, but it works. Great deal for the money and he can play ABCMouse.com with no issues!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I bought 6 of these tablets, brand new, and each of them had an intermittent touch screen issue (random and repeated touches across a single axis although only one finger was in contact with the screen. I contacted Nextbook and they stated they did not provided any warranty support unless the product was purchased through Walmart or Sam's Club EVEN THOUGH the box for the tablet has a card that specifically says to NOT to return it to the retailer (not specific). To top it off, they simply hung up on me. For what it is worth, the serial numbers I had were sequential, 4 in a row and 2 others so this looks like a batch issue.

This is a good Windows Tablet. The service I received was great too. I recommend it.

Don't buy it
We bought 2 of these and one never did work, then we had to pay a $25 restocking fee to return a defective tablet. Disappointing!
