This eight piece light set is absolutely beautiful and easy to install. It puts off a good amount of light, even though my picture doesn’t do it justice. You’re weird that it does not come with the low-voltage wire or transformer. You must buy those separately. This wasn’t an issue for me because I already had the transformer for my old lights set and only needed to purchase $25 worth of wire.

These lights look really nice, and classes up the perimeter of my patio. Very well made, and casts a very bright, but not overly bright, light. Very happy with my purchase, and would definitely buy again.

The lites are solid metal, no plastic. The glass is glass, not plastic. They stand a perfect 1 foot off the ground and provide plenty of light for a pathway. I have them spaced about 5 to 6 feet apart. The spike has a step so you can push it down with your foot and is very solid in the ground. The bulb is up under the lid on top so it doesn't shine up in your face. The crackled glass puts out a very nice effect. And plug-in is a snap, literally. The plug snaps together over the main wire. I may take the suggestion of another review and coat them all with a clear spray on coating to prevent corrosion, or maybe just WD40 coat them. They even look nice in the daytime and add ambience to my garden. All in all, I'm really happy with them.

These lights are well made, a little taller than some others and give off a bright warm glow. The transformer needed to run this set needs to be 60 watts or more. I used 16 gauge wire 100 feet in length and a 120 watt transformer and the set works perfectly. I was so impressed with these lights I ordered more. Just remember that these are lights only. Wire and transformer need to be purchased separately.

I bought these to replace aging path lights that I bought from home depot. I already had the transformer and a line already installed, so depending on your installation, that's the challenging part. I had to use pliers to get the connectors to thoroughly puncture the line. I then wrapped the connectors in electrical tape before re-burying them. No dead lights. They look great, albeit a few inches taller than my previous lights. The light warmth matches my other outdoor lights. I may buy a second kit just to have onhand if/when these lights fail (hopefully it will be a few years).

Looks better than I had hoped. Fixtures are solid and feel like they can withstand the weather.Easy to install.
