My tripod came in yesterday. It was shipped in a envelope and then box was pretty well crushed, but the tripod was just fine. I took it out the box and put everything it came in the recycle bin. Then I went to attach the iphone to it, and couldn't figure out how. So came here to reviews and found it was supposed to have a adapter for the iphone. It wasn't in the box cause I'd taken everything out of the box. So I was about to return it and decided to go check the recycle bin. Sure enough, the adapter was in the torn up envelope! I tried it this morning, and it works just fine! Might seem a little flimsy. I wouldn't use it for a expensive heavy camera, but for an iphone, its fine! I took a video of myself playing the piano with it focused in on my hands. Great recording! So I'm pleased.BUT BE SURE YOU CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE PARTS BEFORE THROWING EVERYTHING OUT!!!!!!!!!! You might miss the adapter for your iphone!

It is a good product the wording for the description needs to be adjusted because it is advertised as a tripod for an iphone/samsung phone but it would need an additional adaptor in order to fit these phones

The package did not come with a piece for me to be able to use my iPhone 5s on it! I read all of the reviews and a few said it didn't come with an adapter. Others said it came with that! Mine is MISSING!

I would never recommend this product. The minute I took it out of the box I tried to set it up. A cap fell off the base leg which immediately telescoped into the leg above it. The cap would have prevented this. I am totally unable to get the leg back out. Luckily I wasn't getting ready to take an important picture. This tri-pod is very flimsy and very cheaply made.

This stand is perfect. It holds the iPhone well and once mounted is still and sturdy. Needed something to help record client interviews and workouts -- this was great for that. If you are looking for a tripod for cell phones or smaller camera that is light-weight and collapsible this is ideal.

Very portable and easy to set up. Light and I've used it several times. It's great for the kids. Though, it's not as durable as I would like. I'm definitely careful with the levers. I'm afraid they're more fragile but have held up so far. Price is great.

Arrived in a decent amount of time, in original packaging. That was pretty nice. Except when I opened the item, you could see that it had been previously used. It had been advertised as new condition. However, the item works how it's supposed to (although the phone holder provides an extremely difficult fit for my Samsung Galaxy S3). I'm just glad it's something, and came all in one piece.

it will do the job--very cheaply made it appears. Some of the legs would not extend had to force them out and decided not to insert them back in just in case they cant' come out again. for the price though it will server its purpose
