Very happy!
I purchased this item for my daughter. She loves Victorian Santas. When I received it one of the antlers on the deer was broken. I got in touch with them and they sent another one to me. I ordered it late, so the replacement did not get to me in time for Christmas, but that was okay. This figurine is so beautiful that it was definitely worth the wait. I wish I would have ordered one for myself.
