Could be a bit sturdier,but has dramatically cut down drafts when closed Vs my previous slatted cover.

Replaced a broken one with this
I have a Victorian house and sadly all but one of the fireplaces have been blocked up.I bought a couple of these to replace the grills that had seen better days whilst redecorating the house when I moved in.They do the job and I've no complaints.

Overall good
Easy enough to install, although fitting front panel when back one is installed poses a bit of challenge. Need your own set of screws. It does the job. Less wind getting into room when it blows directly at the vent.
