These are just right for chicken and pork satay.You can put lots of medium 1” pieces of meat on them, and there’s plenty of length to clear the hibachi. I like that they are thick, and not skinny and fragile like the ones in the store. Very good skewer.

1 star for easy to clean because these are meant for 1 use then toss. I will be using them for city chicken and they are perfect for that. Easy to hold got 1 star not because they aren't sturdy but once the stick is loaded there is little room for holding, maybe 1" of stick to hold on to. These sticks are much stronger than the long bamboo sticks but much shorter. It boils down to how you plan to use them. Deliver was quick (1 weather delay day) and they were very well packaged. I will order them again when needed.

I used them for a non-food purpose, and they did what I needed them to do. Fairly sturdy. Expect to have to discard a few due to splinters - these skewers are not made with the perfection of ball-bearings. If they were, they'd be cost prohibitive!

Diameter of the skewers is 2-2.5 mm, very thin. Could have bought this product from any of the lower price available. Also it's written on the pack itself that it is of 80 skewers not 100.
