Love this brand of sugar ... it's non gmo but not organic

I don't think I have ever tasted such sweetness, this side of honey. It has the lightest hint of color and tastes ever so slightly like brown sugar. I am not such a purist that I wouldn't gladly use it in any recipe calling for granulated sugar, though if you're a baker that insists on purely "white" sugar, try not to let the flavor spoil you !This sugar does seem to have its own character and personality, and it's a wonderful change from the chemicals I have been calling sugar for far too long. It even seems lighter - is that possible?

I was led to believe this was Raw Organic Cane Sugar, just don't make the same mistake purchasing this product if you're looking for Organic RAW Cane Sugar, CANNOT RETURN.

In an attempt to be healthier - we've cut out all the white in our home. We do like sweetened coffee in the morning and my husband has fallen in love with this Demerara sugar. It has a delicious taste to it and it's become the only sugar in our home. Amazon has a reasonable price on the bulk bags and the delivery is so convenient - so I happily purchase it here.

We love the Product and use it in any cooking and baking recipe that requires sugar.
