Update:I’ve changed my star rating to 4. Although we had to sew all the safety straps before we could complete assembly, we did get a quick response regarding the sounds, with directions on how to reset. The sounds are now working fine, for better or worse 😂.My daughter loves her unicorn. It’s a good size that should last her quite a while before she grows out of it. It’s super cute! BUT, all 4 safety straps had to be re-sewn before assembly, they were literally falling apart at the seams (luckily I have a sewing machine). And, the sounds just don’t function properly. The song doesn’t play, it doesn’t say any phrases, just occasionally makes a galloping sound. I have contacted the company directly, I’ll update if they are helpful. I really don’t want to take the thing apart and send it back right after I gave this gift to my daughter!

Got this for my 3 year old for her birthday. It’s definitely adorable and my girl loves it but you can tell it’s a little on the cheap side. The back lifts when riding it, and the horses lane and tail shed like a German Shepard.

My 4 y/o LOVES this!! It’s interactive, encourages so much imaginative play and is so soft and snuggly. However, the plastic piping that goes over the springs has split on 2 out of 4 total. Maybe try a better material if you’re creative enough. Other than that, it is the bomb!!

Works great except the awful audio. It was garbled and weak from day one. Of course I put brand new batteries. Not much better. Second time we put new batteries. ... The ear that plays the song stopped working. So now my little girl doesn't have half as much fun. Really thinking about taking it apart and finding a box to send it back in.

This was a gift for my 4 yo great niece. Very easy to assemble and quite sturdy. She loves it! Very happy w/ the product. May have to get her little sister one soon.

Wonderful toy but for $150 the recording mechanism broke TWICE. No problem getting a replacement as they have to send the whole body but even that one quit working after 3 weeks. If your child likes to ride without the sounds then it’s good but not for the price.
