Great light kit
These lights look great once installed on the build.Quite easy to install, but ot can be a bit fiddly in some sections, but the end result is totally worth it.You just need a bit of patience 😁Had a few issues with the light kit, but their customer service department handled my enquiry extremely quickly. This is the better light kit than others advertised, this is why i chose this kit.5 star customer service.Great company to deal with.

Cool idea, executed really badly.
After about three hours, I’m left with an Empire State Building, that does light up, but with a mess of wires and Lego pieces that are jagged, raised and uneven.Really, is this worth the money? No.Plain and simple. The only light that is worth remotely anything is the large one at the front. With one wire you could achieve a semi-decent effect. The mess lies in the corner lights on the base. They don’t stay in their Lego pieces (even with the adhesive pads) and you cannot pass the wires under the tiles because it then looks awful as they raise the bottom tiles up.It’s honestly a double edged sword. I’d rather have a Lego set that looks the part with no lights, than one that’s adorned with LED’s that look cool but look awfully messy at the same time.I was none too impressed with the instructions either. Very unclear at times and no text? Some of the steps truly puzzled me (especially regarding the antenna). This light set was my first from Brickmax and it’ll unfortunately be my last. If they can overcome the awful instructions and find a more ideal method of hiding the wires around the base, it might be worth having. In the meantime, don’t bother...

Fantastic Addition!
Arrived well packaged, with a complete and comprehensive set of instructions. It’s fiddly, but as long as you take your time and are methodically it’s actually really fun. I would suggest the use of tweezers! 🤣 Finished product looks great too, very bright!
