Been over 3 wks since sent to lab, they l9st the sample and no results so I'm out $50 and no results!!!

They sent me an email saying results could not be sent unless i had a $99 appointment with their doctor. So, I am out $45.

Not what I expected
I was actually looking for allergens in some throw pillows and the results I received only pointed old mold findings. These were 10 year old throw pillows, there’s no way there was 0% dust mites in the results. Total waste of money

Found Nothing
I sent a visible sample from my bedroom, and there was nothing but a little mold in the results.

Guess I Was Expecting Something Different
The product itself seems weirdly sketchy (chalked it up to the lab being run by scientists, not marketers lol) but was easy enough to use. The online part didn't match the test I had (you select the test name, and there wasn't one for the test I bought) so I selected something close. Results came back quickly enough, but really didn't say much more than confirm we all have allergens in our homes. With my partner always feeling so terrible in a certain room, I guess I was expecting something more significant.
