It works
Well, I disliked the price. Overpriced in my opinion, specially when I found a charger for half its price on Ebay.With that said and done, it works, even though you have to buy separately the cable cord from and to the camera for another twelve bucks.Over forty dollars altogether, while it would cost you only seven or eight for a charger on Ebay that I couldn't find on Amazon.

I have no problem with the adapter, but it will not charge my camera in use as I had expected. According to Canon I should be able to plug this into a power source and keep my camera running.

Useful and good-looking USB charger
Nicely designed by Canon this small box does the same job as a standard USB charger. It has retractable pins and a raised edge for a better grip. With the appropriate cable it can charge cell phones and other small devices as well.
