These are great, but I do wish they stayed cold for longer

The media could not be loaded.  I did use this once on my pillow for muggy weather. It did chill me for a while, which was pleasant. However, in the dreadful heatwave I used it under my feet with a frozen gel pad underneath, which was bliss (at least one part of my body kept cool!). Even the cats slept on it - I had to share it with one of them at one point!

It’s ok but very small it could do with being twice the size

I suffer from over heating at night and after the expensive pillow cases didn’t work I decided to order one of these . It came yesterday and first put on top of pillows but kelp sliding off . Eventually I gave up and put inside case , initially I thought great it is what it says but after about 10 minutes, maybe less it lost its coolness. No matter what I did didn’t make any difference. It wasn’t over expensive compared to others but I wouldn’t waste money again and think this will be going back .

This pad really does help to keep you cool. It can slide a little on the pillow under the pillow case so I use it vertically rather than horizontally across the pillow and that helps. Overall I'm very happy with it.

It initially is nice and cool but gets warm fairly quickly with body heat so within 40 minutes, quite warm.I use it for approx 40 mins then take it out to allow it to cool but it takes a long time to cool.
