I originally avoided purchasing this matcha because of the price however I heard Dr. Weil interviewed several times about the quality of this matcha. Indeed, it is bright green and has no bitterness. I cannot believe I can drink it straight without needing sugars or milk. It is worth every penny.

This is a very good quality matcha and I've tried many. Just wish it was not quite so pricey. That said, it's worth it and I savor it every time I drink it. Thank you, Dr. Andrew Weil!
