The stuff is EXTREMELY potent - just smelling it gave me a horrible taste in the back of my mouth. However, I understand it is completely safe for my puppy.So far I have not seen my pup chew anything, but time will tell! My first interaction with him was right after I sprayed a cord. I walked over to him slowly and he wanted NOTHING to do with me - it was hilarious! Something tells me this product will work for us.

I was really looking forward to this product helping me with my puppy and his biting/chewing, however, I found it to be very ineffective in deterring the puppy from biting/chewing- it didn't stop, nor bother him at all. Ironically it was more effective and harsh on me found it when using the spray the particles stay in the air and irritates my eyes and throat, stays on ur finger as well- hard to was off- I would NOT recommend this product.

I have mixed feeling about this product.My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy loves to chew on everything like it's chewing gum and needed a solution. I tried this product out and it worked very well when it was still wet, but once dried, my puppy seemed to chew like it was never sprayed. It does work very well when I am home and I can re-apply the solution to deter my dog, but I don't recommend using while you are away for a long period of time. Maybe by repetition, the dog will learn to associate negatively with the sprayed product and eventually stop.I also recommend spraying this very close to the object as the mist can float in the air and you will be breathing some really bitter air for a while. I could not wash out the taste, but thankfully it's not toxic. I can tell you it's extremely bitter so warning to you all! Use with caution.

The pros:This stuff works. This is not the first anti chew spray we tried, but it's the only one that deters my champion chewers, a pit and a catahoula mix, from eating my box spring and baby gates. So a big pro.The cons:This stuff does mist. And tastes absolutely horrid. So wear a bandana unless you want all food and drink and your lips to give you bitter beer face for hours. The first time I didn't think about the lips and nostril factor, won't make that mistake again. And some mist will get on your hands unless you wear gloves, so take precautions.It's worth it to keep furniture intact, just take the misting seriously lol.

We have our first dog, a rescued yorkie-poo who we have found loves to chew. She is easily redirected to a toy, but that is only when we catch her in mid chew. She had discovered the corners of our living room rug were backed with jute and just too tempting! We needed something to help her behave if we weren't in the room. Since I have sprayed the corners of our rug (front and back) with this spray she has not touched them since.Very pleased with this spray, especially that it does not contain alcohol. I do not want to spray alcohol on my wood furniture if we need to do that. There was no staining of the rug, and no real scent to deal with. While we sprayed it, some of the product got in the air and I could taste it--it was a little bitter, but not caustic or anything like that. I am very pleased with this product and I would buy it again.

We ordered this product because we have a puppy that was chewing off our winter outside styrofoam fauset covers. We bought a brand new cover, put it on, and sprayed it very heavy with the product. We came in the house and within five minutes we heard the puppy chewing on something. We went outside and he had already chewed the cover to pieces. I can honestly say this product does not work. I would try to return it but it is not worth the postage or 30 mile trip to the post office.

I'm not sure why this product did not work on my dog. I definitely tastes terrible and would absolutely prevent me from going near anything that has been sprayed with it but my dog did not feel the same way about it. Not only did it not deter her from chewing on stuff that had been sprayed but she actually managed to get a hold of the bottle and gnawed right through the cap.

This spray worked just as I had hoped, even better! Our 5 month old pup was destroying nearly anything she could wrap her mouth around. I've sprayed the rug at our back door and now she leaves all rugs alone. I sprayed the plastic base of our kids' indoor basketball hoop, now she leaves all plastic toys alone. I sprayed one lego on the floor, now our pup leaves all legos alone. Not only a great to keep her mouth off the items I spray with the anti chew repellent, but also seems to train her not to chew on others things not sprayed.

It definitely taste disgusting to the human tongue - Ihad some left on my hands after spraying it all over his beds which he loves to chew. Even after washing my hands I still had that horrible taste.But it did nothing to my dog and he kept on chewing. The thing is this is not bitter. It tastes bad sure, but dogs can eat poop without a problem. Not effective against dog chewing AT ALL!The only positive thing: it's odorlessWish I could go back in time and keepy money

Non vedevo l'ora che arrivasse, speravo davvero si rivelasse utile per proteggere un tutore e la scarpetta che il nostro cane dovrà indossare per sempre a causa di un problema congenito.Purtroppo non è servito a niente, appena spruzzato il cane ha cominciato a leccarlo con gusto e ha continuato ad accanirsi su tutore e scarpetta come d'abitudine.Lo restituisco.PS: a me è arrivato senza tappo.
