This shower chair has worked out perfectly for us. My husband is partially paralyzed from a stroke and cannot stand without assistance. This shower chair is easy for me to move with him in it. We roll directly into our walk in shower which is an "L" shape. I can easily make the turn. I use my feet to push down or pull up the locks on each of the four wheels. It's very stable - the arms move up/down and out of my way when we are in the shower. It's been almost two months and this turned out to be a really good investment for us.

After almost 3 years of use, one of the casters is jammed, one of the feet rest locking system is not working proper anymore, and one of the arm rests is not lifting up anymore. Seller is not responding to any message ..wish I never bought it...really disappointed

Definitely a 5 if the two tubes at the front of the seat were capped. As it is they can fill up with water. I will plug them.

It's just okay. Seat is pretty hard for people prone to pressure sores. Too expensive for what it is but that's the "disability tax" as with most medical equipment.

I'm a user with Cerebral Palsy. This chair has solid construction after easy assembly. Seat is sturdy and will not concede to water damage over time. Effective braking and easy rolling.

Just like the one at the hospital, only better. Came quickly, easy to assemble, well made.

Only rating 1 star due to the fact, this is a $550 item and it showed up with massive holes in the box and parts of the chair was hanging out.. it's pretty sad I've made orders from 5 dollars to 20 dollars and they've came better packaged than this...... pathetic
