I love books by Prevention and this one is very good. Gives you lots of ideas and I really wanted to work walking into my everyday plan for better health and weight loss. I would recommend this book.

Not worth it...
Nothing new here. All this information can be found online. Also, there is little to do with just walking (as the title would have you believe). Pass on this one.
