Automatic Touchless Universal Hand Sanitizer Dispenser and Floor Stand Station Kit, Made in USA

I really like this unit. It's made of heavy steel, perfect finish. This is the opposite of flimsy. Literally one bolt to fasten the pole to the very heavy base. The dispenser unit hangs on the two bolts that protrude about a quarter inch from the plate. The dispenser units themselves are also super simple - put in the c batteries and your done. Gel goes in easily; works fine - both dispensing and UV light. Finally, I found the company very responsive. They are swamped with orders, and that resulted in a bit of a delay, but I spoke to the manufacturing manager, who answered my questions via chat on a Sunday. We then texted as the order was filled out, and spoke by phone a few times. Extraordinary. He also made it easy to expand the order to 3 units from one. I had an excellent experience, despite the delay, overall.

We have been looking for a automatic hand sanitizer station like this since March, but like toilet paper and wipes everyone has been too and the vendors are out of stock.Originally we were looking for a Purell unit to match others in the building but they are on backorder till November+. So we decided to give this one a go. Easy to assemble and is working as described. The unit has an option to be powered with a wall power (not included) which I thought was great since something like this in a busy location could wear down the batteries quickly (time will tell). We went with the SanIT hand sanitizer suggested by AMZ and it is working fine in this dispenser.I have to say if you are looking for one and others are on backorder this one will certainly do the trick.

Ordered five units. They arrived 6/12/20. Four of five bolts needed to assemble the base and stand are too large and can’t be used.Also, be advised that the dispenser does not spray a liquid solution but rather “spits” out a significant amount. A drip tray which does not come with the unit is a must. Lastly, the boxes that hold the dispenser units read “Made in China”. A spring inside the battery compartment of one of the dispensers broke off with initial insertion/removal of batteries.Having said all of this, I am not sure from where the feedback about the product being American made is coming. Not sure where to go from here, yet look forward to returning the units for a refund ASAP.Buyer beware.I returned all five units and UPS tracking indicates that the parcels arrived at their destination on June 22,2020.I have yet to receive a credit to my account as well as an acknowledgment of my follow-up emails to Kyle.

Great product from Optima Home Scales ordered in May 2020 for my church to reopen. It's terrific: heavy, reliable construction, made in Texas, works well, looks nice. However, the product page seems to have been taken over by a cheap knockoff other reviewers are now complaining about (lightweight construction, leaky, missing parts, instructions in Chinese, etc.) If you want the good one that lasts, make sure it's being shipped by Optima Home Scales when you check out, not some other company, or order direct from them.

Nice machine (that took months and months to receive). Easy to put together, well made and works well. I gave this 4 stars because of the packing peanuts. Is this 1970? They are a mess and an environmental nightmare.The machine took months to arrive due to Covid and the sellers were communicative and responsive.

Customer service was awesome! We are planning our return-to-work strategy, ad these were essential. There was a slight delay in shipping, so I contacted them to find out the new ship date. They promptly got back to me, and had them delivered within a couple of days. With everything that’s going on, I was really surprised at how responsive they were.AWESOME customer service.Assembly was super easy...literally a single bolt, and they are super stable and heavy duty. They were so well made that I just ordered two more. Can’t wait to put them in to action!

The products worked. However, not only did I not get exactly what was in the picture but, there were no manuals in the package so, we just had to figure it out nrcause it was needed. There are still some parts that I have from the package that we still have no idea what they are meant for and sitting in a box. I reached out to the manufacturer via emails for manuals but, by the time they got back to me, we had the set up rigged somewhat to function.

I ordered this product in May and all 3 were great quality . I ordered another and it took quite a bit off assembly and is a much cheaper looking g product . Post on this came from Hong king and the other boxes From Texas. NOT the same product and doesn’t look at all like the picture
