When it originally came it, I thought it was perfect that it came in pieces as it would be easy to transport! I used this staff to create my life size peppermint lollipop, and it held very well considering all the weight from the glue and decorations used! I will say I had to tighten it occasionally, but it wasn’t enough to be bothersome. I received many compliments on it. Definitely worth it!

I was expecting something a little more solid but after reviewing the description it came exactly as described. Perfect for a Halloween costume, probably not very durable

This was an affordable item that added to my Halloween costume. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it was a little flimsy. Overall it was decent build for the cost.

Plastic but with a nice woodgrain. Seems fairly sturdy for a costume. I wanted one that was taller. I ordered one knowing it might not be tall enough but then ordered a second one because they fit together nicely and could add as many sections as needed to make the height I wanted. I am very pleased with the purchase.

First impression, this is a very cheaply made item. It is very thin plastic, and looks like if you squeeze it it will crush. Each piece screws into the other piece, making it the height you need/want. The bottom has a rounded bottom and the top opens up to slide the hook piece in. This will work for what I need it for, however it is a little pricey given the quality.

This shepherd’s staff worked great for our great grand son’s play!

It was great to be able to make it different heights!! We never know which child will be a shepherd in our Children’s Church Christmas play!!

I bought this for my son’s Christmas program. The only “positive”, it’s adjustable, so you can make it longer/shorter. With that being said, the staff that we received is damaged, has bent pieces, and the top portion has no threads, so it doesn’t screw onto the rest, like the other pieces do, so I’ll have to tape it on to secure it. I’d normally return something like this, but I need it for something sooner than later. Don’t expect greatness.
