Measurement Off and Magnetism Poor
Yes the measuring scale is off, saw that in a previous review, that wasn't really what I purchased for however. The magnetism was not great to start with and faded from the measure within 1 day, so that left me with a flexible strip of nothing useful. Returned for refund.Its a shame really because it is a neat idea and I have not seen anything like it elsewhere.

It has one job!
Something didn’t seem right after cutting a piece of wood on my mitre station.I was sure I had built it square and true. But the piece was short! It turns out the tape is actually wrong and quite inaccurate. As in picture you can see it next to a steel rule and a Makita tape measure, the latter two are the sam, this product is shockingly not correct.

Magnetic? Nope. Ruler? Nope.
Don’t buy would have returned but had pay for postage and claim back. Would have been to much hassle for my £6 back
