I tried troubleshooting why their was a small lake in my laundry room. So I took apart the washing machine & found the leak. I googled & YouTubed to help me find out what & how I needed to fix. I ordered the part, it arrived the next day & I installed the part myself. I have never done anything like this, so quite proud of myself. I have no leaks since installed.

The threads for the inlet are slightly tighter than your original valve, but it will still take a hose, and hold fine. They are EASY to cross thread, though, so make sure that your hose fitting is free to turn, and not all crusty with minerals. I replaced my washer hoses, and gaskets, when I replaced this valve. Call it preventative maintenance. Valve works properly, as it should.

No me funciono en mi lavadora, el producto tiene un 98% de idéntico al original, pero por ese 2% no entro en mi lavadora, lo que hice fue quitarle la parte eléctrica y mecánica del nuevo y se lo reemplace al viejo y mi lavadora esta funcionando.

The hose thread does not fit. It should be a standard.
