This is the one you need for Meniere's disease!
Exactly what I needed. I had been searching for a wedge for several years at my otologist's urging but all I could find had only about a 15° rise, which wasn't enough. I have had no dizziness or vertigo AT ALL with this wedge. It is very comfortable and easy to sleep on. It comes with a carrying bag which will come in handy when I go on vacation later this month.
