Apparently Amazon only let's buy one, is their a time limit when you can buy again?

Yes, you can order all denominations again after awhile. I ordered 3 cards, one of each denomination, and I was able to order 3 more of each a month later. I think the time limit is about a month before you are able to order more. Hope this helps you.

Is the "wanna get away" flight bad?

not at all! that is what I generally purchase. Southwest has open seating and also two free checked bags so they are awesome! One cool thing about the "wanna get away" flight option is that if you cancel your flight, they refund it to you in flight credit.

Can i redeem this instantly or do i have to wait for the card to come in mail?

This one is physical card which gets delivered in mail. So the answer your question is no. Once you receive it in mail, you can redeem it instantly.

What happens if you have to cancel a flight?

I have cancelled and used the credit on another flight, ergo I fly Southwest exclusively for that very reason. Life is too unpredictable for us not to have that luxury.
