I'm using this to support teaching my primary class geography lessons, well illustrated and inspiring book.

Each main section begins with a colourful, illustrated map of the continent showing what can be discovered there from the Northern Lights in Finland to doing the haka in New Zealand. Each sub-section that follows shows a map of the country it refers to and then the amazing things that can be discovered there. The illustrations are interspersed with facts about the country or city being referred to.With something new to discover every time you look at it, this is sure to keep young readers entertained for hours. The ‘Can you find?’ page at the back of the book challenges readers to locate specific people, animals and objects throughout the book. Sure to inspire a longing for travelling around the world and embarking on exciting adventures, this book is suitable for children aged 7 and up. The smaller size makes it perfect for taking along on your adventures.

This is a WONDER of a book. Endlessly fascinating, utterly beautiful, and a real celebration of the incredible world we live in. This will be a go-to gift for curious children (and their grown-ups). This book does a wonderful job of showing cool traditions and things to do around the whole world. It is brimming with diversity, colorful illustrations, and interesting facts. I ended up buying 3 copies so that I could give some out as gifts.

Love this book! It has great pictures, my 6 year old and 13 year old both enjoy it!
