Dark. Bold. Luscious.
As a person used to buying flavor extracts like Vanilla that comes in small bottles, I was pleasantly surprised to see the near quart size bottle. The extract is dark, rich, thick and bold in flavor. I was excited to try this Trablit coffee extract with my Pierre Herme French Macaron recipe. The flavor is extremely strong on its own, a mere tablespoon is what I used for my recipe and WOW, the taste is a luscious coffee flavor. I might try using this in milkshakes or sodas for a boost of coffee flavor! Individuals on the fence about buying due the cost; it's not expensive at all considering the large amount you receive. My purchase arrived perfectly packaged. I highly recommend.

Arrived on time and in good condition. This was listed as an ingredient in a fancy cookbook recipe for chocolate cake. Yay for amazon carrying it! It’s also amazing in brownies! And home made whipped cream. ... pretty much when I used vanilla extract, I throw a bit of this in too.

Great Grench Extract!
Use this for almost any recipe which calls for coffee or coffee extract. It has a pure flavor which is intense. I used to buy it in France, I am glad it is available here now.

Excellent coffee flavor, bold and thick. Love it!!! I'm using this extract to flavor buttercream and ganache fot my macarons, a little goes the long way. Highly recommended!
