bad quality scoops
I bought 2 for scooping ice cream one broke 4 scoops in the other one month later. The part goes under the food to release it from the scoop is spot welded to the shaft and isn't very durable look elsewhere if you want a good scoop.

not up to the job
inexpensive for a reason- I bought 3 on December 9 and all were broken within 3 weeks from scooping soft egg mix!

Manufacture confused and item listed as Size 10 but box claims it's only a Size 12 in Volume!
Mislabeled and representative of it's actual size! Manufacture labeled the box as a Size 10 and it was listed as a Size 10 disher scoop! However, upon arrival it also was printed on the box that it is only a 3 1/4 oz scoop... how can this be as a 3 1/4 oz scoop is a Size 12 and not a Size 10, as a Size 10 is 3 3/4 oz.

Broke the first time used to scoop cookie dough.
I just tried to use the scoop for chocolate chip cookie dough and it immediately broke. What a waste.

I have had two of the four scoopers break
If you scoop thick cookie dough the thumb compression plate and spring cause the unit to fly apart.

Bought these as Winco is a commercial brand however 2 of them fell apart during the first use...scooping ice cream.
