Is this a flexfit hat or is this an adjustable back hat?

Great hat, fits really good and looks good with patches and everything, 100% cotton. I personally own two. Unfortunately, MADE IN CHINA.

The description says "Black" but the picture of the cap looks more grey to me. Is it a true black, or more greyish?

I own OD but guys I train with use the black and new.... they are jet black. The cloth part of the hat will look different under some florescent lighting. But then why would you wear a hat indoors? That's unfortunate gentleman of you.
