Works pretty well
The media could not be loaded. I tie my own snells and rigs, i used to keep them in plastic bags to keep them organized but one blew away into the water and i still feel guilty. I put up to like 1/2oz Carolina/texas rigs and the bags stay closed, every now and then store brand bags would pop open on me.To be honest though, mine stay closed too well. That’s why i knocked a star off. I had to pull so hard on some of the plastic to open them that it deformed a bit, I’ll post pictures later. They still work, and it might just have been my fingers fault, but it happened nonetheless.I don’t think you can buy additional inserts, but to be honest i wouldn’t put in more more than the two that came with it. With both fully loaded it’s kinda tight, especially if you put pretied rigs in the two inside pouches.Overall? I’d buy another, maybe one for saltwater and one for fresh, like i said mine is full already.

Color does not match the photo at all
The photo looks like more of an OD Green, but this is a light gray. The posting did say “Gray”, but I figured that was a mistake because the photo was clearly OD Green.Also it is much larger than is needed for leaders. It won’t fit in any of the pockets in my fishing vest. Sending this back tomorrow. Not what I was looking for at all.

Great for spin baits and terminal tackle
I know these are geared more towards fly fishing but they work great for organizing spinner baits. I have one for spinners and skirted baits and one for terminal tackle. I love these they seem very durable and the plastic pouches are nice and thick. Haven't had any issue with hook penetration through the plastic "bags" can fit fairly large spin baits with soft plastics hooked on
