I bought the spoon as a gift for my friend. She has Skipperke dogs like mine. She is a good friend and she liked the spoon very much.

This spoon looks so cute online. But it is on the small side. I wanted a larger spoon than this. Also, the writing doesn't stand out on the spoon. The idea I had was to purchase a specific spoon for dog food, this way I wouldn't use our dinner utensils. But this often gets thrown in with the teaspoons because it looks identical. The writing needs to be bolder or be another color so it stands out. If they fixed that up I would highly recommend it. In the end it is a spoon. It is solidly constructed and all one piece, it should last for a very long time.

The engraved spoon is a cute idea, but the inscription is too dark to read and it is totally off center. The spoon is more of a pewter color than a bright silver color making the dark print even harder to read. It's just a poor product.
