Works very well
I have owned two of the Walker downriggers for five or more years. Not had had any issues with ether one. Just installwdScotty braided downrigger line, that I purchased from Amazon. Do not purchase off brand braided line. Have not used it downriggeryet. Had to make special brackets to mount to my boat.
