Cheap, rapidly flashing little plastic bell-shapes.
Cheaply made and rapidly flashing lights that can't be changed to non-flashing. It says they're indoor/outdoor but they're so flimsy I wouldn't trust them outside. For the super-cheap price, I got what I paid for, and it's my own fault I didn't realize they were flashing lights. I'm giving them away to someone without migraines or light sensitivity.
