I always use this product, but this product arrived warm. The “ice pack” that was in the package doesn't even seem like it was ever even cold. These probiotics need to be kept cold. Will see if they are still effective but i highly doubt it. $70 more than likely wasted, so very disappointed. I gave this 4 stars because the product is great but took a star off because of the delivery method and arriving warm.

Recommended by my naturalpath for intestinal issues. Have been taking this for 10 years and issues resolved. Of course, I changed some dietary habits too. Have used the powder form too that dissolves in water. Prefer the capsule.
