Product arrived on time. Very well packaged. Makes super coffee and very easy to use. well made and compact machine. Only downside was the absence of complimentary coffee capsules.

Very easy to use but the instruction book is useless, the coffee however is superb, disappointed that there were no capsules supplied with it, but still, very pleased.

Bought this to replace our Lavazza a mode a mio machine. The Desea is absolutely excellent and exceeds all expectations. Makes the best ever coffees and a variety of options to suit everyone. Fantastic purchase at great price. Highly recommend.

Great machine with the best Italian coffee. Great communications with Lavazza’s team . Coffee comes in boxes of 16 compostable pods, with various intensity and taste. Downfall is we had a monthly contract for the pods . Since lockdown pods prix are double even some triple in price . We enjoyed while it lasted . Will have to go for cheaper machine now

Compact, sleek looking. Easy to use, lots of options for different coffees we haven’t tried the cold coffee yet, but looking forward to it. The heat boost for an extra hot drink will be nice in the winter. The machine is quiet, so I don’t wake everyone up in the morning and being able to turn the beeps off also helps. Drawbacks- only comes with one mug, should be 2. The instructions are pictures and were not the easiest to understand, but overcame this by watching a video online. Registering online was not easy and didn’t work so I emailed Lavazza to register it and they did it without issue.

Previous model was the Alexa one not the most reliable I like the coffee so bought this model so far so good functionality good pressure button and temp good if you select increase temp. Edit machine will not descale i have stayed loyal to the brand this is my 5 machine but it pains me to say the build quality of the machines is nothing short of appalling I will say the first Alexa machine Lavazza replaced free of charge but no warranty I love their coffee but not enough to buy another machine

The coffee is truly some of the best out there without extreme costs, and the person the only person who said don't buy,it is a must have in any coffee loving home,better than any other coffee in my eyes. Love it.

To my mind the lavazza pods are better than other competitors, they are larger for a start but also taste delicious. The range of pods is a little smaller but you don't need to overcomplicate it. The expresso is lovely but to be able to make frothy coffees this easily is a joy. There are only 3 types of frothy coffee you can make but that's enough for me. I've stopped buying ridiculously expensive coffees from shops since buying this so it's probably paid for itself in a matter of months.
