Great for baking sourdough bread
This is a multi purpose pot for sure! I bought one for my best friend who is a great bread maker and now this is her sourdough pot when she is not using it for soup or chili 😁

Great Pot
It looks beautiful and functions very well for the recipies I wanted to use it for. My only negative response would be that the Staub care and recipie booklet that came with it had sections written in every language EXCEPT English!
