Slowly deteriorated before stopped working entirely
I was excited to purchase this product and felt confident based on the overall positive reviews.Upon receiving the product, I did notice very quickly that it did not seem to have the 10,000 mAh as advertised. It seemed to be close, so I didn't worry too much. For the first few months, it worked more or less as expected and I was happy with the device. I let friends and coworkers use it in a pinch as I always had it close by. Everyone that used it thought it was great.Slowly, however, I noticed that the quality was slowly deteriorating. This was somewhat frustrating, but I could live with it.Then one day it completely gave out. It could move whatever charge it had remaining into my mobile device, but then would not charge again on it's own. I tried several different options including using it on a desktop computer, using a wall-plug with USB converter, trying a new cable, etc. Nothing seemed to work. I have reached out to Poweradd customer service. Perhaps I have a received a lemon. I'll update here pending a resolution from Poweradd Support.

Absolutely Loved It...while it lasted. :(
Held off on writing a review until I had used it for a few weeks. Other batteries I've had were just strong enough to keep my phone charged at it's current level while being used. This thing is a dream. I can connect and use my phone while charging and it will still charge my phone relatively fast (topped off last night from around 20-25% to almost full in 2.5 hours under moderate usage.I run a few apps and a particular game that puts my phone under heavy usage. I bought this battery because it was on sale, and the size was perfect for a bag I use. My wife took it for her own use and liked it, so I ordered a second one for me and we are both completely happy.::UPDATE::Original Review on August 16, now updated September 24. After moderate usage over the past 6 weeks, the device will no longer hold a complete charge. It now holds ~50% of a charge after being on the charger overnight/24 hours. Only charges to two LED's are lit up, and drops to one almost immediately after connecting it to my phone. I did purchase two, and the unit my wife uses is still working fine, so maybe I just got a bad one. It's unfortunate, because I like the exterior build quality, and the size of the unit, but not at the cost of performance.

Good product..... FAST charge.
I like this product a lot, but maybe over hype and for its similarity in looks to the iPhone with the case, but honestly the black rubber case keeps dirty (a lint magnet.) The size of the charger is as big as my LG G2 in height and length but bulker in width. The one I got doesn't seem to really store 10,000 mAh because my LG G2 (3,000 mAh) should be getting 3⅓ charges but it gets roughly 2 before all the light indicators seem to run out. I do like that it charges FAST. I start from 15% battery life on my phone and driving about 25 mins to work I charge to 70-80% battery.

great power on the go
Great backup power when you are on the go and don't have access to a wall plug. It charges both my iPad and Samsung pretty fast. Very impressed. It is thin enough to easily fit in a pocket. It does add some weight, though. I really like the rubber sleeve that comes with it. Often I put my phone and this battery next to each other in my bag and the rubber protects it from scratching.The 4 LED indicator is pretty accurate. It takes a while to fully charge, so do it over night. You can't use it to charge a phone and at the same time charge it. When the battery is charging the USBs are turned off.

If you want the 10,000 mAh this is the best
I really like it it's very very good .Best thing in this product is the price , it's worth more than $25 when compare it with similar products .Advantages :1- Quick recharge2- Beautiful design3- The SS USB 2.1 V4- It doesn't get hot any time5- Small sizeDisadvantages :1- The mini USB cable is too short2- Doesn't accept iPad charge 5.1 VWhat really make buy this charge is the polymer battery , I think it's much better than the Lithium battery . Even to now I won't see the difference between them but I sure I will see a big different .

Worked for the first two months but then died, but customer support took care of it
UPDATE: Customer support sent a replacement, so well see how this one works.This was a great product for the first 2 months, but then it died on me and wouldn't charge. I'm not sure if my product was defective or if this is just systemic in their manufacturing process, but it seems like a lot of people see it work great for the first two months or so and then it just stops, leds dont work, and it wont charge any devices. Its a bummer too because this would be a five star review if it didnt break, its an awesome product that I took up to Mt. Whitney and it kept my phone alive the whole time to take pictures with. Unfortunately it had this defect that's causing me to not recommend it now.

Avoid this battery
Battery completely died after a few months. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer regarding the 12 month warranty and if the manufacturer isn't helpful then Amazon would "take care of it". Warranty is a scam. Only way to contact manufacturer is email and NEVER got a response. Contacted Amazon again for help and the best they can do is give me some money for it, not the full value. So basically the warranty is useless and the battery will probably die.

Great product!
Bought this for my wife for Christmas in 2015 and she said that she can't imagine owning a better portable charger! She uses it all the time and can charge her iPhone at least 4 times and her iPad twice or more. It recharges quickly too. We own several other Poweradd products (lerger battery, powerstrips, cables, selfie sticks, etc.) and have been very happy with them all.
